Our Purchasing Assistance
Service is one that can augment your current purchasing activities. While we
don't charge for this service, we only perform this service in concert with our
Joint Manufacturing Partners. We regularly purchase well over a million feet of
hardwood lumber per month for ourselves and for others. This volume purchasing
puts us in a position to focus on some specialized lumber products that might
not be possible in a single company's purchasing activities. Often times these
specialized products only become known or possible as a result of our research
and development of what we would describe as a "best methods" approach to
manufacturing your molder blanks. |
Recovery Programs
Recovery programs have
multiple roles in the dimension manufacturing process. These programs are often
the difference between profit and loss!
Most manufacturing processes
generate byproducts and we can assist you in recovering the greatest level of
value from the resource. Our primary recovery method is to grade rips with
defects on the line and chop those rips on our automated chop line. In addition
to our own recovery operation, we also maintain relationships with others who
can be of assistance. |

involved in the 8' blank business, we regularly buy the following: 99" 4/4 Sel&btr cherry, 99" 4/4 Sel&btr hard maple, 1&2 white and 99" 4/4 Sel&btr red oak all s2s to 15/16". If you have any of these items,

integral part of our business and we are always looking to establish new
