The larger part of our business is making molder blanks for the kitchen cabinet industry with primary emphasis on large crown blanks in the 8' length category. We also produce other molder blanks for the kitchen cabinet industry that might be molded into smaller profiles or re-sawn and molded for quarter round or scribe. Our primary species include soft maple, hard maple, cherry, red oak and walnut.
Another large component of  our business is making molder blanks for the plank flooring industry. We can produce large volumes of plank flooring parts in the 4" to 8" width category, primarily in walnut and red oak but also, to a lesser extent in hard maple and hickory as well as other species.

The process of producing large volumes of 8' blanks has its by products and those are evidenced primarily in the form of face frame stock, stiles & rails, toe kick and other components for the kitchen cabinet industry. The products are typically better in overall color as they are generated while processing FAS1F or Sel&btr lumber which requires a better color component than 1 common or 2 common lumber.
While manufacturing molder blanks is the larger part of the business, selling a better quality lumber product to those who have more exacting requirements is also something that we specialize in.
