Our products shown here include parts for the furniture industry, the flooring industry, the cabinet industry and others! In addition to having some very innovative ripping technology, we also have the ability to chop multiple grade products at one time. This chop saw will allow us to get the greatest fiber yield possible or chop for specific parts ratios if necessary.

 

Face Frame The beauty of red oak We chop all of our cabinet  material out and it makes a a very nice product! All cabinet parts are palletized, stretch wrapped and tagged for shipment. Chop it out! Defect rips are processed here Even nature's finest has a few blemishes here and there. We take care of those when defect strips are processed through the chop saw.	Rip it up! Just one of three rip lines Even the simplest of rip lines has laser technology showing the operator exactly where the saw will rip. Operators have the opportunity to look at every board, picking the best possible rip solution for each one.  This gives the operator the ability to grade for color and specific clear length ranges.

Accuracy is very important to us and our equipment is kept in top condition by our very capable maintenance staff. We know that dimensional consistency is necessary for a lot of today's high speed, automatic processing equipment and you can count on us for the tolerances you need.
